I combine various therapeutic approaches, including psychology, breathwork, energy medicine, and mindfulness, to address your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether in-person or online, sessions are safe, supportive, and aimed at fostering lasting change.

  • Yes! I offer online sessions via a secure video link, so you can access the same high-quality care no matter where you are in the world. Please use the form above for International Sessions, and we can arrange a time that works in your location if my online diary does not work for you.

  • Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences. Pricing varies, so please reach out for specific details. You can choose the length of the session when booking. For 60 minutes it is $200.00, and $225.00 for 90 minutes. For sessions out of my normal client hours or specific weekend work, please contact me for details and your requirements to receive pricing.

  • Yes, I am a registered provider with several private health insurance funds, so you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your level of cover and your specific health fund. I also offer Medicare rebates for eligible clients under the Mental Health Care Plan for holistic psychology. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility, and feel free to contact me if you need assistance with the process.
